As we deal in perishable food products, Maivya does not offer refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:

We reserve the right to:
Request product identification details, images, or videos Determine whether the product was damaged during transit or damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling
Important: 24-Hour Reporting Window
Please report any issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to assist if the concern is raised after 24 hours.
Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the same payment method used during purchase. Refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on your bank's standard processing time.
Expired Products
We never sell expired products. If you ever receive an expired product: We will give you 10× the product value as a Maivya gift voucher. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that are: Not expired Not damaged Already opened or used Purchased by mistake
Clarification: Expiry Format (MM/YY)
If the expiry is written as MM/YY, it means the product expires at the end of that month. Example: Expiry 01/27 = Valid till 31 January 2027.
