Shipping fees are additional to the product price displayed on the website and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is processed.

Each order can be delivered to one single address only. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Orders are shipped from our facility or partner facilities across India. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days from the date of order and successful payment. Orders are shipped on working days (Monday to Saturday) only. Public holidays and unforeseen delays may affect dispatch times.

Products are typically delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery duration depends on your location, courier operations, and external factors like weather or logistics delays. If a shipment is returned or delayed because of issues such as incorrect name, address, or contact details, the customer shall bear any additional charges for re-delivery.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery. We will review the issue and provide clarification or a replacement as applicable.
