SECTION 7 - CASH ON DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select PIN codes subject to a minimum order value of ₹300. All prices listed on maivya.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
MAIVYA Foods is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once an order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept return or replacement requests only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos sent to our contact email.
Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless found to be defective. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD orders eligible for refund will receive a bank transfer or store credit.
